Eyeglasses & Sunglass Return Policy
The Eye Exam is a subjective test. This means that you tell us what you see. We Trust what you say and Make Your Prescription from what you tell the Doctor. Therefor we are unable to verify that your vision is accurate. Always Purchase A Prescription from the Eye Doctor who wrote your prescription.
This is Eye See Clear Vision’s Prescription Eyeglass and Fashion Sunglass Policy:
- Fashion eyewear and RX Lenses cannot be returned once dispensed
- From the point the lenses are dispensed up to 30 days:
- The lab will allow for one (1) Prescription Lens Re-make.
- The Optometrist may recheck your refraction One Time with Out a Charge
- For your protection, items should be returned via traceable mail
- Sunglasses must be in new unused condition with all accessories i.e., cleaning cloth, case and warranty papers included.
- Please be sure to include a note on the invoice with the reason you are returning in order to expedite the process.
- We Do Not Accept Returns for ANY Custom Work, including Customer Owned Prescription Frames and Lenses or Custom Designed Lenses. There are no exceptions. ________ (Initial).
- The Eye See Clear Policy Overrides any Medical Insurance Plan or Policy.
Any item verified as delivered is not subject to a refund. However, it is our sole discretion to decide if we will provide a discount on a make-up pair or Prescription Lenses. DUE TO HEALTH CARE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF USED PERSCRIPTION FRAMES. WE STRIVE TO MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF CLEANLINESS AND ASSURANCE THAT OUR CLIENTS ONLY RECEIVE SANITARY PRODUCTS.
A Prescription Eyeglass Lens is an FDA-regulated product and is classified as a Class III device (21 CFR). As such, federal law prohibits us from accepting any lens for return or exchange, unless a product defect exists, it’s illegal for us to reuse or resell them.
Shipping charges back to Eye See Clear Vision are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however refund shipping charges if the product is shipped to you as a result of our error.
Contact Lenses Returns Policy
Eye See Clear Vision will gladly accept returns for credit or exchange if and ONLY if:
- Items are to be returned via traceable mail.
- All Contact Lenses are mailed to the address provided on record of the Patient.
- Product(s) are returned within 10 days of receipt
- Contact Lenses must be sealed and unopened
- Please help us improve our service by noting the reason for your return.
- It is vital that your return address appears on the outside of the package.
- Product is sent in original packaging
- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS IF THE BOXES ARE WRITTEN ON (e.g., R, L, Right eye etc.)
- If A Rebate has been submitted to a manufacturer, THERE ARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED.
- Custom products are non-returnable. These products include:

- All hard and Rigid Gas Permeable contact lenses
- Colored contacts
